Eastern North Carolina’s premier all-ages comic book and collectables show, the G3ektacular 2026 Comic Book & Toy Show will feature a fantastic line-up of vendors (comic books, toys, collectables, manga, etc.) and creators. A benefit raffle will also be held with all proceeds being donated to the Hero Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to helping comic book creators in need. On-Site Food Truck! Free Admission! 10am to 4pm.

This event honors the courageous leaders of James City who, in 1893, stood their ground and refused to abandon the place they called home. Their resilience is worth remembering, and their legacy is worth protecting.Your ticket purchase helps us do exactly that. With your support, we are able to continue preserving our circa-1850 Slave Quarters and the Far Cemetery Memorial park, the resting place of at least 550 African Americans from the Civil War era. We also fund educational tours and programs at our historic site, ensuring this history is shared and never forgotten.
