NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION! Whales in North Carolina: Dive into Conservation and Education Conference
Join staff from Sound to Sea and the North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort for this unique opportunity to learn about the whales found right off our coast. December 1-3, 2025 Sound to Sea is hosting an event for educators, science enthusiasts, or anyone interested in learning more about North Carolina's whale species. This conference will offer you a combination of workshops, presentations, and outdoor activities to understand whales from the inside out.
Sign up for one day or all 3 days.
Trinity Center will provide lodging and meals for participants who sign up for the full 3 day program.
Credit will be offered towards the North Carolina Environmental Educator Certification Program with the N.C. Office of Environmental Education and Public Affairs.
