Sweet Carolina Honey Showcase
Sweet Carolina Honey Showcase invites everyone who loves food to vote for their favorite honey-themed offerings from ten local Carteret restaurants while sampling honey-based mead and honey-infused beer and learning about the culture of honey bees from Dr David Tarpy, professor at the new Apiculture program at NC State University. All profits will be donated to NCSU.
