MERRY MIXER & MARKET

MERRY MIXER & MARKET

Greenville Museum of Art Invites the Community to Annual Merry Mixer & Market

The Greenville Museum of Art (GMoA) is thrilled to announce the return of its annual Merry Mixer & Market, a two-day, free-admission celebration designed to kick off the holiday season. The event offers a unique opportunity to shop for locally crafted gifts, enjoy live music, and mix and mingle with friends—and make new ones—in the museum’s beautiful venue. While attending, guests are also encouraged to explore the museum’s permanent collection and the ongoing “Archiving Place” exhibition.

The festivities begin on Friday, December 12, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and continue Saturday, December 13, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at GMoA, 802 South Evans Street, Greenville, NC 27834.

Event Highlights

The Holiday Market & Food Trucks
Find one-of-a-kind, locally crafted gifts from a variety of artisans and vendors. Shoppers can grab a treat from local favorites like Azucar Cafe Co. and Blackbeard Coffee. Food trucks, including Filthy Fries and Carolina Chicken & Waffles, will be on-site offering delicious meals.

Live Music & Open Mic 🎤
Come enjoy live performances held throughout the museum's West Wing, Commons, and Galleries. Friday evening's lineup will feature the Paige & Jordan Duo and the J.H. Rose High School Jazz Ensemble. On Saturday, December 13, enjoy a showcase featuring ECU Youth Orchestra (EYO) members and ECU musicians Dreemurr and Nicholas Kaine. The evening will also include an Open Mic session; guests can sign up to perform upon arrival.

Family Fun & Festive Cheer
Entertainment for all ages includes Hands-on Craft Stations, Photos with Santa, and a dedicated Letter to Santa writing station. Attendees can get into the festive spirit with drinks available for purchase at $5 for one or a special deal of $20 for five. GMoA members receive two complimentary drinks. Guests can also purchase raffle tickets online in advance or at the event for a chance to win various prizes. All proceeds directly support the museum's mission and cultural programming.
