Join the park ranger who monitors the Shackleford Banks wild horses for a fascinating glimpse into their world. Learn what the horses eat and drink and about their social order. Understand hand-off horse management. Dispel many common wild horse myths. Learn how you can help protect these magnificent symbols of freedom. This trip will meet at the Island Express Ticket booth on Front Street in Beaufort, NC and will be returning to Beaufort at the end of the program.
