Event Description

Dr. Charles Ewen, professor of anthropology at ECU, will give a talk on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 6:00-7:30 pm, at the Eagles School House, Village of Yesteryear on County Home Road (next to the Farmer's Market, across from the Alice Keene Senior Center), on recent archeological discoveries related to a colonial tavern site in Brunswick Town, near Wilmington. Dr. Ewen's talk is part of the History Speaks Lecture Series sponsored by the Eastern Carolina Village and Farm Museum (aka, Village of Yesteryear). The public is welcome to attend.
