PCHS is delighted to host our annual Thanksgiving Tea on November 16, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Higgs House Inn & Gathering Place. The JW Higgs House was built in 1903 and remained the home of Jacob Higgs and his wife Sarah Dixon Higgs until her death in 1975. It reopened as a restaurant until mid 1980. Recently the home was in danger of being torn down. Following lasr years Thanksgiving Tea new owners acquired the property and the home is currently being restored. As part of this year's tea guests will have the opportunity to hear from the owners about their work to preserve and restore the Higgs House.
