Lunar/Chinese New Year Dragon Dance in Oriental
Since 2011 the Town of Oriental has held a Lunar/Chinese Dragon Run on the first Saturday after the Start of this "New Year". It is a unique event in Eastern North Carolina and will expose families to this International Celebration. Kids, with their parents are welcome to march along with us. Bring Pots and Pans to Bang on to make Noise.
Throughout the day a number of local restaurants will be offering various Asian specialties to tempt your palates.
