Historic Walking Tour of Greenville
On April 12, 2026, local historian and Director of the May Museum, Roger Kammerer, will lead a Walking Tour of historic Greenville including numerous stops in the downtown area, from Pitt Street to Cotanche Street. The tour features some of the oldest structures in town plus the new Sycamore Hill Memorial on the mall and includes information about the people and organizations who are part of Greenville’s history.
Participants in the tour should wear comfortable walking shoes and should plan to meet at Five Points Plaza (500 Evans Street, Greenville, NC 27834) at 3:00 pm.
