Nobel laureate John Nash and his wife Alicia were killed in a car crash in New Jersey yesterday.
Nash’s mathematical genius, his descent into schizophrenia, his wife’s lifetime of support for him, and his eventual return to a life of greater normalcy were portrayed in the 2001 film “A Beautiful Mind.”
Sylvia Nasar, who wrote the book that inspired the film, joins Here & Now’s Lisa Mullins to remember Nash’s life and work.
