Sugar Ray to headline New Bern MumFest concert

The '90s band Sugar Ray is set to take the stage at New Bern's MumFest Concert in October.

A 90s favorite is set to take the stage at this year’s Mumfest concert in New Bern, organizers announced last week.

The band Sugar Ray released popular songs like “Every Morning” and “Fly.” Sugar Ray is known for its pop punk, alternative and reggae influences.

MumFest takes place at Lawson Creek Park on October 21st.

Ryan is an Arkansas native and podcast junkie. He was first introduced to public radio during an internship with his hometown NPR station, KUAF. Ryan is a graduate of Tufts University in Somerville, Mass., where he studied political science and led the Tufts Daily, the nation’s smallest independent daily college newspaper. In his spare time, Ryan likes to embroider, attend musicals, and spend time with his fiancée.
