Third Annual Gospel Fest in New Bern, this year featuring a Community Resource Fair (Theme: Like a Good Neighbor). Special guest Beverly Crawford from Gainesville, FL and our local award-winning performer, Bonita Burney Simmons, will be joined by other local and regional artists. Local community agencies, non-profits, exhibitors, and food trucks will be on hand for educational, interactive, and product sales. Sponsors include Visit New Bern, State Farm/Tom Gingrich Agency, Craven Arts Council/North Carolina Arts Council, Baker's Kitchen, and the Robert F. Dorsey Charitable Foundation. Proceeds will benefit programs to assist women, post-incarceration, and safe, supportive housing at My Sister's House in New Bern.
