Our Annual Meeting speaker is bestselling author Wiley Cash! Wiley Cash is the New York Times bestselling author of four novels and the founder of This Is Working, an online creative community. Wiley also leads the Our State Magazine's Book Club and Podcast. He’s been a fellow at Yaddo and the MacDowell Colony, and he teaches fiction writing and literature at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. He lives in North Carolina with his wife, photographer Mallory Cash, and their daughters. Wiley will discuss what it means to be a North Carolina writer and how his feelings about the state have played a role in each book he has written.
Wiley will be signing books after our meeting (there is a spot on the reservation form to select the title and number of books to reserve), and Spoondrift is hosting a reception with refreshments. We look forward to see you, and thank you for supporting your public library
