Arts and business go hand in hand. The Crisp Small Business Resource Center, Pitt Community College’s Small Business Center, and ECU’s Small Business and Technology Development Center are proud to partner with Emerge Gallery & Art Center, Home of the Pitt County Arts Council, to bring local artists a series of free workshops about business in the world of art.

During this free workshop, Heather Muise (printmaker, ECU School of Art and Design) will discuss the various factors that goes into pricing your work for online sales as well as discussing pricing work for festivals and galleries.
Dan Rutzen (theatre/music, ECU School of Theatre and Dance) will discuss the elements that create a price structure for performing artists (musicians, dancers, actors, etc.).
The last 30 minutes will be saved for questions and answers.
