Nasdaq Proposal Pushes For Greater Diversity In Corporate Boardrooms

Nasdaq is proposing new diversity requirements for the more than 3,000 companies listed on the exchange. Companies will have to diversify their boards of directors or potentially be delisted.

Here & Now’s Peter O’Dowd speaks with Mike Regan, senior editor for Bloomberg News, about the proposal, which is part of a growing effort to shake up corporate boards traditionally dominated by white men.
