Following similar moves by states such as Massachusetts and Ohio, the state of California is now floating the idea of implementing a curfew to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
The majority of counties in the state are now under the highest level of COVID-19 restrictions, which means some businesses have had to scale back operations. That includes restaurants, which are no longer allowed to offer indoor dining. This comes at a time when cases are surging and there is no federal relief for businesses on the horizon from Congress.
