US Pulls Out Of Open Skies Treaty

The United States is pulling out of the Open Skies Treaty, the third major security accord the Trump Administration has scuttled. Signed in 1992, the treaty allows the 34 nations who signed it, including Russia, to conduct surveillance flights over each other’s territory. Host Jeremy Hobson speaks with Here & Now security analyst Jim Walsh (@DrJimWalshMIT) with the MIT Security Studies Program.
