Inside De Facto Capital Raqqa, ISIS Is Losing Its Grip

Besieged by U.S. coalition airstrikes and advances by the Syrian Democratic Forces, ISIS fighters are nearly surrounded in Raqqa, the Syrian city that is the group’s de facto capital.
