Comments from Attorney General Jeff Sessions Thursday are reverberating in Hawaii and online. Sessions was criticizing a ruling from a judge in Hawaii that blocked President Trump’s travel ban when he called the state “an island in the Pacific.”
Many Hawaiians felt the description was dismissive of the 50th state.
