Good morning. I'm Rachel Martin. Residents in the village of Nottinghamshire in the U.K. are at their wit's end over potholes, one in particular that appeared a couple years ago on the main road. A woman named Vonnie Daykin was reporting the thing a number of times, but authorities say it's not big enough to warrant fixing. Vonnie decided the pothole is big enough, however, for a snarky birthday party. She posted a photo of the pothole with a chocolate cake next to it, complete with two candles. It's MORNING EDITION.
