Will Self-Driving Vehicles Make The Roads Safer?

This month, Uber launched a fleet of self-driving cars in Pittsburgh, and Ford announced that within five years it wants to have autonomous vehicles on the roads.

Proponents of self-driving cars believe they’ll make driving safer, eliminating driver errors that cause most accidents.
