Orlando Attack Raises Lone Wolf Threat Again

The attacker in Orlando pledged allegiance to ISIS, but so far, there does not appear to be any link between Omar Mateen and the terrorist group. This may be another example of a lone wolf attack, which authorities acknowledge is difficult to prevent.
