View From The Top: What's It Like To Run The Circus, Ice Shows & More

Nicole Feld, 36, is one of three sisters who are vice presidents of Feld Entertainment, the family business that runs Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus and the hugely popular arena shows such as Disney on Ice, which Nicole directly oversees.

Feld Entertainment, which reportedly earns $1 billion per year, is the largest employer of professional figure skaters and Feld says “we are huge owner of dirt” because they produce every single element of the shows “Monster Jam” and “Supercross.”

Feld tells Here & Now‘s Robin Young what it is like to run a huge family entertainment business, and deal with the scrutiny that comes with that?
