In the first U.S. combat death, a U.S. Marine is killed in southern Iraq. Earlier, four U.S. Marines and eight British soldiers are killed in the accidental crash of a U.S. helicopter near the Kuwait-Iraq border. Hear NPR's John Burnett.

Mark Woollen and Michael Greenfeld are both in the business of creating film trailers – the two-and-a half minute edited teasers that promote upcoming feature films. Woollen is the founder of Mark Woollen and Associates and their recent movie trailers include About Schmidt, Pianist, Antwone Fisher and The Ring. Greenfeld is partner and co-CEO of Antfarm. Recent Antfarm campaigns include Chicago, Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers, Catch Me If You Can and Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets. The Golden Trailers Awards were held last week.

U.S., Britain, Spain Plan Weekend Summit on Iraq
President Bush meets with the leaders of Britain and Spain Sunday to discuss strategy for an uphill battle to pass a U.N. resolution sanctioning military action against Iraq. The resolution may lack the votes necessary to pass the U.N. Security Council -- and faces veto threats as well. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.

Preventing Breakdowns on the Battlefield
About 300,000 American military personnel are expected to be deployed to the Persian Gulf -- the largest mobilization since Desert Storm. Among those with orders to deploy is one small unit, the Army's 85th Medical Division, with a unique mission: keeping soldiers mentally fit to fight under the stress of combat. Security Council to endorse the use of force to compel Iraq's immediate disarmament.
