Legal Troubles Continue To Mount For SAC Hedge Fund Manager
The federal government has been slowly building an insider-trading case against the hedge fund SAC Capital. Last week it arrested its biggest fish yet, portfolio manager Michael Steinberg. One of the trades outlined in the indictment against Steinberg involved shares of the computer maker Dell. It's a prime example of the kind of mutual back-scratching that prosecutors say took place a lot at SAC.

Two decades ago, Terry McAuliffe was a top fundraiser for President Bill Clinton. He was even finance chair for Clinton's 1996 re-election campaign. Now, the ex-president is returning the favor, campaigning with McAuliffe as he runs for governor of Virginia. The two are on a bus tour of some of the state's most conservative regions.

China May Not Intervene To Keep NSA Leaker In Hong Kong
Edward Snowden, who says he revealed information about the National Security Agency's secret program to gather telephone and Internet data, has checked out of his Hong Kong hotel. He has suggested he will seek asylum in the semi-autonomous Chinese city, but many analysts believe the Chinese government won't grant him refuge, given its desire to improve Chinese-American relations. However, a problem with Hong Kong's asylum law might make it possible for Snowden to stay there for a while.
