British Police Arrest Four in Two Birmingham Raids
Police in Birmingham, England, arrest four men under anti-terrorism laws. Police say one of the men arrested is a suspect in the failed July 21 attacks on London's transit system. Officials continue the hunt for more suspects in the attacks.

DEA Cracks Down on Illegal Web Sales of Narcotics
The Drug Enforcement Administration is increasing its scrutiny of illegal online pharmacies that sell narcotics without prescriptions. In April, the DEA announced the arrests of more than 20 people in Operation Cyber Chase, which shut down a drug ring that reached from India to the United States and a string of other countries.

Tests Confirm Second 'Mad Cow' Case in U.S.
A case of mad cow disease is confirmed in the United States, the second to be found here. Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns emphasized that the cow never entered the food supply and was not used as feed for other cattle. The first case came in December 2003.
