- U.S. Highway 70 in Kinston has reopened with some lane closures.
- U.S. Highway 17 in Pollocksville has reopened with some lane closures.
- Interstate 40 is now reopened to all traffic.
- Interstate 95 is now reopened to all traffic.
Gov. Roy Cooper said Sunday "hundreds of roads across our state remain closed, and flooded and damaged roads remain a danger in many areas." As of Monday afternoon, 400 road closures are in place across North Carolina.
