Meteorologist are changing the way they issue forecasts in an effort to better inform the public when tornados, hail and high winds threaten an area. Starting October 22nd, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Storm Prediction Center will add the words "enhanced" and "marginal" to describe more accurately the impact severe weather could bring. Mac McKee speaks with Warning Coordination Meteorologist with the National Weather Service John Cole about the threat level changes and how it could offer clarification on the necessary precautions to take during severe weather events.
