ECU Poll Shows Biden With Lead Over Trump, Tight Races Statewide

A poll of North Carolina voters finds Democrat Joe Biden with a three point lead over Republican Donald Trump. The poll, conducted Oct 15 through the 18th by East Carolina University’s Center for Survey Research, also showed the Senate race between Democrat Cal Cunningham and Republican Thom Tillis remains a tossup, with Cunningham holding a slight lead. In the gubernatorial race, the poll finds Democrat Roy Cooper leads Republican challenger Dan Forest 53% to 44%.
