Our next Walk with a Doc event will be Saturday, July 15th. We will meet at 9am at Creekside Park at the second shelter, The Walking Trail Shelter. This is our usual spot. It's the first shelter on the right as you drive in and it is right next to the fitness loop.

This event is going to be super interesting. Dr. Christina Yap Belcher, ND will be our guest speaker. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who has a wellness practice in New Bern - Natural Healing Solutions. Her focus is on providing her patients with the least invasive natural treatment options that works for them, by using multiple modalities of medicine including botanical medicine and physical medicine. Dr. Belcher focuses on Women's Health, autoimmune disorders, adjunct oncology (cancer) care and complex chronic diseases.
