The Newcomers Club of New Bern and Newcomers of New Bern Alumni Group are hosting an open house on Thursday, September 10, from 5-6 p.m. at the Harrison Center, 311 Middle St., New Bern. If you have moved to the New Bern area within the past few years or have experienced a life-changing event such as retirement, divorce, or the death of a spouse, or are just looking to make meaningful connections with others, plan to attend our open house. This will be an opportunity to meet our board of directors, activity leaders, and current members and learn what our clubs offer. You're also welcome to join us during the first monthly Newcomers meeting of our fiscal year after the open house from 7-8 p.m.
