Bridge inspections could impact ENC commuters next week

Officials with the North Carolina Department of Transportation will be inspecting the Morehead City/Radio Island high rise bridge.

Officials with the North Carolina Department of Transportation will be inspecting the Morehead City/Radio Island high rise bridge.

Commuters in the Morehead City area may encounter traffic delays and increased travel time next week.

Officials with the North Carolina Department of Transportation will be inspecting the Morehead City/Radio Island high rise bridge.

The inspection will start on Monday and last through Friday. Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. travel on the bridge will be reduced to one lane.
