PRE news brief: Big Rock protest, Tropical Storm Bret, free tuition at Duke

The owners of the fishing boat Sensation have protested the results of the Big Rock Tournament and have a lawyer on standby.

Tropical Storm Bret has formed in the Atlantic and is expected to become a hurricane by Wednesday.

Low and middle income Duke University undergraduate students from North or South Carolina can get a full grant to cover tuition.
