New Bern Aldermen have voted in favor of supporting the construction of a Pepsi museum downtown. A meeting Wednesday evening will discuss the pending closure of a small public library Down East. Flags are lowered in one ENC county after a public official was killed in what investigators said was an apparent murder-suicide.
