With a small craft advisory and a gale warning in place, the Flotilla/Tree Lighting in Swansboro has been moved to Saturday.
It will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Boat participants make their way along the White Oak River before Santa Clause heads to the Pug Pavilion for the annual Tree Lighting.
