Iraq's Best Interests Lost in Strategy Debate

Aid worker and commentator Steve Weaver says there are two general arguments in the United States about the way to proceed in Iraq: Stay the course or withdraw the troops as soon as possible. Weaver says that neither of these plans takes into consideration the best interests of Iraq. For two and a half years, Weaver was based in Baghdad and Amman, Jordan, working for a group of religious aid groups with programs in Iraq.
