Towns On Canadian Border Struggle Under Nonessential Travel Bans

Since March, the U.S. has blocked all nonessential travel along its northern border with Canada to limit the spread of COVID-19. But in northern Maine, the move has cut off many longstanding social and economic ties, and left businesses struggling.
