Republican presidential candidates Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and U.S. Senator Marco Rubio have released their policy plans to replace President Obama’s health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act – also known as Obamacare.
Walker’s plan would eliminate some federal mandates and provide tax credits for Americans without employer-sponsored health insurance. The amount would be based on age rather than income. Rubio’s plan would change the employer-based tax exclusion for health insurance.
