HBO released the latest season of its long-running sports documentary series, “Hard Knocks,” this week. The season focuses on how two Los Angeles-based NFL teams — the Rams and the Chargers — have adjusted to the pandemic.

NPR TV critic Eric Deggans joins host Peter O’Dowd to discuss this unique window into a changing sports world.
