Vitamin E may be a new therapy in slowing the progression of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.  This week on the Down East Journal, we speak with a Brody School of Medicine Physician about the new treatment and risks associated with consuming vitamin E in high doses.  And, Spring is just around the corner.  On the Garden Journal, the right and wrong way to prune shrubs and trees.  The Down East Journal airs Friday at noon on all of the PRE stations, and Saturday at noon on News and Ideas.
