Bryan House of Johnston County has been named the director of the Alcohol Law Enforcement division. Public Safety Secretary Erik Hooks made the announcement today. House has served as interim director of the division since October 1. House started working for the state as an ALE special agent in 1999. Since then he’s held posts in ALE including as a commander of the division’s special response team and overseeing ALE operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from East Carolina University.
