The Rules Public Radio East holds various drawings throughout the year. The following rules govern all drawings. 1. No pledge is necessary to win 2. One entry per person 3. Public Radio East and Craven Community College personnel are not eligible to win 4. The prizes are not redeemable for cash nor are they transferable 6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries 7. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter 8.  Participation is restricted to persons living in the United States 9.
